In questa conformazione i pick up dello strumento hanno la possibilità di emanare tutta la loro timbrica senza avere modifiche di alcun genere derivanti dai filtri passa alte. Lo strumento risulta diretto, sincero e può riversare tutto il suono direttamente all'amplificatore con il quale ricercare il suono desiderato.

Felipe wiring is reduced to the essentials. Only a master volume and a three-way selector are used. In this configuration the instrument's pick-ups can express all their timbre and power without having any kind of modifications deriving from the high-pass filters. The instrument has a direct and true voice. It's able to give all its sound directly into the amplifier with which research a specific sound.

Lo strumento presenta una placchetta in alluminio con incisione a laser avvitata sul retro della paletta e riportante il nome identificativo dello strumento associato al proprietario. Ogni strumento presenta dei caratteri distintivi, talvolta casuali, in grado di raccontare una storia specifica anche dell'iter progettuale e costruttivo.

The decoration on the twelfth nut has been made with a real mother of pearl rhomboid inlay. It has been collected from Mediterranean beaches and finished by hand. Each instrument has distinctive characteristics (sometimes accidental) able to tell a specific story on design and construction process levels.

Nel primo periodo di produzione la sezione del manico è stata raggiunta lavorando in collaborazione con il committente che ne ha valutato la conformazione a lui più gradita. A distanza di alcuni anni, con il cambiamento di alcune abitudini nel suonare, lo strumento è stato modificato secondo nuove specifiche assumendo la conformazione definitiva. Questo fatto rende evidente come uno strumento di liuteria sia diverso da un semplice oggetto e possa evolvere nel tempo.

In the first production period, the neck section was achieved by the collaboration with the client who evaluated his favourite shape. Few years later the instrument was modified according to new specifications due to changes in some client playing habits. So it has assumed it definitive neck shape section. This fact makes clear how an handmade instrument is different from a simple object and can evolve over time.

Per il pickup a manico è stato selezionato un Seymour Duncan SJM-3N quarter pound. Si tratta di un P90 in formato Jazzmaster con i poli da ¼ di pollice. Tale caratteristica permette di avere un'enfasi sulle frequenze medio basse senza perdere la parte di suono più metallica e squillante.

A Seymour Duncan SJM-3N quarter pound has been selected. This is a P90 with a Jazzmaster format and ¼ inch pole magnets. This feature allows an emphasis on the mid-low frequencies without losing the more metallic and ringing part of the sound.

Per la posizione a ponte è stato selezionato un humbuker DiMarzio DP155BC The Tone Zone. Questo trasduttore permette di ottenere un buon volume in uscita e enfatizzare le frequenze medio basse anche in questa posizione per la quale il suono recepito è costituito prevalentemente da sub armoniche della frequenza fondamentale.
